In 1966 the members of the pop group Beachers, established a small recording studio in Gothenburg, Sweden to service the growing number of local bands. Manufacturing of custom amplifiers, loudspeakers and sound mixers was soon added to the business. Later the company became fully owned by Urmas and Juha Plunt.
The company bought a small studio on Intagsgatan 1977. It was gradually updated with professional digital mastering equipment. It was named "Studio 2" in 1987 when a large, professional recording studio at Kungsgatan 5 was added and run for 10 years.
Both studios have been sold and since 2012 a postproduction facility for video and sound remains.
The company also has developed a specialized Statistical Energy Analysis Software (GSSEA-Light) for use by professional noise and vibration engineers.
